Last day of School part 2

We had lunch with all the staff at the centre today again as it was out last day, which was really special. Sok lee , sitting on my right, said that Rithy (right) who was clearly very hungry today reminded her hugely of her best friend when she was young. She said that she used to hug him, and kiss him and sleep with him and then one day her grandmother sold him.

Apparently her best friend was a pig.

Then we said goodbye to my gorgeous english class today. So sad... they are such great kids. they gave us both lovely goodbye cards. They cried almost as much as we did. It feels so bad to come into their lives, and give them love and affection only to leave weeks later. I have decided to come back here and do some more work for the Riverkids project after my Vietnam tour.

The Girls and boys put on a little bit of a dancing performance for us (they do breakdancing here as well as traditional)

Went to the FCC fora few cocktails - this is the sunset over the Royal palace, which looked FAR better than it came out in this photo.....
